SUN School

Welcome back Vestal Students! The Vestal SUN Community School team is ready for another year of creating a safe and comfortable place for every member of our community.

In case you missed it, the SUN office has moved to the back hallway, between the staff lounge and the kitchen. If you walk to the back hallway, you will see a big sign for the SUN school – come in and say hi! My office is open any time I am in the building, and if not, I can be reached at 503-438-5119, or ryanm@irco.org.

Upcoming dates and events:

Sept TBD: Kindergarten Welcome event – Join us for an evening just for kindergarten families! There will be a delicious dinner, activities for the kids, giveaways, resources, and most importantly, a chance to meet and make connections with other kindergarten families. Date TBD soon!

Oct 14: First day of fall SUN! Registration packets will be distributed to students in mid-September

Oct 18: Harvest Festival

Oct 29: Community Dinner & Discussion – Join us for a continuation of this popular event where there is a big dinner, opportunities to meet and connect with other Vestal school community members, and talk about what is happening at the school.
